Shipping Policy
Once your Guy Kempt order ships, it will arrive in 7-10 business days. With priority shipping your order will arrive within a 3-4 business day delivery window after shipping via a courier service. We have a flat rate of $10 and delivery across Australia for standard shipping and $20 for priority shipping.
Orders over $60 will receive free shipping.
Orders will usually ships within 1-3 days of order. Any expected delays will be communicated to you as soon as we review your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not recommend returning used soaps, and any change of mind purchases which are unused can be gifted to a friend or family member, or disposed of sustainably.
We do offer our Guy's Guarantee. Contact us if you don't love our products and we can talk about refunds and exchanges.
