RESELLER AGREEMENT
Guy Kempt places a strong emphasis on ensuring the excellence of its products and safeguarding the integrity of its brands and reputation. To achieve this, Guy Kempt has established stringent brand and quality controls, which require your careful compliance.
Reseller(s) are obliged to clearly and prominently indicate in each listing of Guy Kempt Products that these products are exclusively intended for purchase and use by End Users. "End User" in this context refers to the final individual or entity that acquires a Guy Kempt Product for personal or internal use, without any intention of resale, remarketing, or distribution. Reseller(s) must explicitly state that they are not agents of Guy Kemp and do not have the authority to act on behalf of Guy Kempt in any manner.
Additionally, Reseller(s) must transparently state in each product listing that Guy Kempt Products are subject to the rigorous Guy Kempt quality control program. They must also inform potential purchasers that any attempt at further resale, remarketing, or distribution will result in the nullification of Guy Kempt's satisfaction guarantee, as well as the relinquishment of all warranties, whether explicit or implied, provided by Guy Kempt.
