Wholesale Policy

Guy Kempt is dedicated to investing a substantial amount of time, effort, and resources in upholding the excellence of its products and safeguarding the worth of its brands, names, and reputation. To achieve this, Guy Kempt has established the following brand and quality management guidelines, and we kindly request your vigilant attention and adherence to them.

Resellers are required to clearly and prominently state in each Guy Kempt Product listing that these products are exclusively intended for purchase and use by End Users. "End User," as defined here, refers to the final individual or entity that has obtained a Guy Kempt Product for their own personal or internal use, with no intention of further resale, remarketing, or distribution. Resellers must also declare that they are not acting as representatives of Guy Kempt and are not authorized to represent Guy Kempt in any capacity.

Furthermore, resellers must clearly and prominently state in each product listing that Guy Kempt Products are subject to Guy Kempt's quality control program. They must further declare that (1) any subsequent resale, remarketing, or distribution by purchasers will result in the nullification of Guy Kempt's satisfaction guarantee, and (2) any and all warranties, whether expressed or implied, from Guy Kempt will be voided.
